HOW I THINK
01
Results come from behavior. Behavior comes from belief.
An experience shapes what people believe, beliefs drive what
they do, and what they do produces results. So I start with the
experience.
02
02
Find the real problem first.
Find the real problem first.
Not every performance problem is a training problem. Before
building anything, I find out what's actually in the way: skills,
tools, or process.

03
Practice beats presentation.
Nobody learns to play basketball by only reading a book about it. I build experiences where people practice the real task before they have to perform it.
04
Story earns attention.
A decade in broadcast taught me people give you seconds, not minutes. I lead with why it matters and cut what doesn't.
05
Build with learners, not just for them.
The people taking the training know things I don't. A review panel from multiple countries made a global program fit a global team.
06
Measure what people do.
Satisfaction matters, especially with skeptical learners. But it can't show whether behavior changed, so I measure that too.
I design training to change what
people do, not just what they know.
Six beliefs behind my work, and where you can see each one.
